Programme maker/presenter Thijs Bonger continues with his journey through music history, in search for piano etudes. An hour full of piano music that you can hear seldom or never. Stefano Golinelli(1818-1891) did well in the circus of clavier lions who scoured Europe around 1850. Schumann called him ‘an unexpected sign of life from opera-country Italy’.
