Blok 1

Daa Dee’ is the latest studio album from Ethiopian siren Minyeshu. This album is just released.

 

Blok 2

 

Girma Bèyènè is back alongside one of the best Ethio groups Akalé Wubé.

He jubilantly accepted the invitation from the French group Akalé Wubé to return to the spotlight and perform once more. The comeback took place last September during a memorable concert alongside Akalé Wubé at the Studio de l’Ermitage.

 

 

Blok 3


With “MIZIKI”, the voice of the multi-talented Ivorian singer  Dobet Gnahore, resonates African sounds mixed with samples of electronic music, a subtle blend revealing a musical style which echoes her own character – freedom. The freedom to make a fifth album in which modernity feeds on tradition and heritage. Inspired by her travels all around the world, Dobet shares a new and hitherto unsuspected side of her personality. It took four years to compose “MIZIKI”, probably her boldest, most personal and successful album.

 

Blok 4

From 2017 is the album   Morocco Fantasia by Fusion guitar master Al Di Meola. Morocco Fantasia is a live recording of Al Di Meola’s concert in 2009 at the Mawazine Festival in Rabat, Morocco. The lineup includes guitar, 2nd guitar, accordion, percussion, bass and  drums. Also featured are special guests from Morocco: Said Chraibi on ud, Abdellah Meri on violin, and Tari Ben Ali on percussion.

 

Blok 5

The Argentine artist, Jorge Vazquez, one of the new and great voices of tango, is back with his brand new album. Two years after the release of his debut album “Así!”, Jorge Vazquez presents his second work: “Pasional”.

 

 

Blok 6


The Israeli singer Mor Karbasi has one of the most beautiful voices in the world music scene. Tonight you can listen to another album  of Mor Karbasi: La Tsadika from 2013.

 

Blok 7

Niña Pastori, stage name of María Rosa García García is a Spannish mestizo flamenco singer. Ámame Como Soy is the ninth studio album by Niña Pastori, published by Sony Music in 2015.

Hindi Zahra with the album Homeland (2015)
Hindi Zahra from Morocco is a big name around the world. Her free-flowing music is switching from jazz-tinged ballads to north African-influenced pieces and furious improvisation.
