The Source of Sound

fri 24 feb 2017 21:00 hrs

The Source of Sound involves the material, the movement and the vibration of which music arises.

Today on the Source of Sound, you will hear Kap Lu and other spoken songs or raps from the Northern part of South East Asia. Music in which poetry of words is key and the most important accompanying instrument is the pii (pronounced pee), a reed instrument, which looks like a flute, plays around the lyrics of the singer.
