La Zarzuela
“Zarzuela” refers to two different Spanish concepts: first, it is a typical dish from Spanish cuisine, a stew with various kinds of fish and seafood; second, it is a Spanish musical theatre genre that combines singing and spoken dialogue. And that is what you will be hearing more about during this hour.
