Beginning of a new series of Unknown is Unloved, with composer Vincent d’Indy.
D’Indy followed the examples of great composers mainly from the German music world. This is to say, composers from Beethoven to Richard Strauss. D’Indy was one of the numerous students of César Franck. He himself also had many well-know students — Albert Roussel, who you heard in the previous series, was one of them.
