Piano Jazz – Mingus Plays piano
On the occasion of his 100th birthday, Charles Mingus as a pianist is discussed. His album Mingus Plays Piano is the centerpiece. The bass player was also an interesting and original musician on the piano. Recordings from 1959, 1963 and 1965.
