The best of Lebanese-French saxophone player and composer Toufic Farroukh.
In his music jazz and the sounds of the Middle East form a musical starting point. We will play his work of the last ten years in chronological order. It is noticeable that his music has become more creative and adventurous. Especially on his albums ‘Drab Zeen’ from 2002 and the this year released album ‘Tootya’ he entertains with happy, playful combinations of Arab music, jazz, pop, dance, lounge and even hiphop.
