New CDs by Göksel Yilmaz ensemble, the Aswan project and the Cajun Company.
In this episode of World Minerals, the new CD by the Göksel Yilmaz Ensemble, Ya Bourdayin. This time completely sung in Arabic, by courtesy of Anass Habib for translating and coaching.
The album Aswan was recorded during the Nile project, in which 18 musicians from Uganda, Ethiopia, South Sudan, Sudan and Egypt got together for 10 days.
It led to live concerts in Aswan and Cairo and these are recorded and released on the CD The Nile Project. 
Furthermore, the CD La Prairie Ronde, the third album by The Cajun Company, a Cajun band from the Netherlands. The Cajun Company travels regularly to Louisiana to play with Cajun musicians, and to immerse themselves in the local music scene.
