Missa Etcetera

Religious music from different centuries. In this episode we hear two requiem masses separated by more than three centuries. Both, however, are deeply rooted in the same Roman Catholic tradition: the Missa pro defunctis by Sebastián de Vivanco (c. 1551–1622) and the Requiem by Gabriel Fauré (1845–1924).
