Werken van Domenico Scarlatti, Franz Liszt, Talivaldis Kenins, Frédéric Chopin en Ludwig van Beethoven. Libby Yu won de eerste prijs in de prestigieuze 27e CBC Radio National Competition for Young Performers in Ottawa. Werd tweede in de Eckhardt-Gramatte competitie voor uitvoering van Canadese Muziek in 1992 en eerste in de Montreal Symphony Orchestra National Competition in 1991.
