[Robert Couper, 1804] • Het was oorspronkelijk niet de bedoeling om deze DreamScenes editie zo koud en donker te laten klinken, zeker niet nu de lente net staat te beginnen. Maar uiteindelijk lijken toch alle tracks te refereren aan de voorbije winter: • melancholieke celloklanken om mee te beginnen, en daarna een trip door de koude en wonderlijke Siberische steppen – een koortsachtige onbevattelijke stroom van woorden – psychedelische, haast nachtmerrie-achtige visioenen. Maar kou en duisternis hebben een geheel eigen schoonheid, dus er valt gelukkig genoeg te genieten.
