Space Exposure on Sunday June 1st at 20:00 CET is dedicated to the tenth ‘anniversary’ of programme maker Roel Janssen. He presented his first programme for the Concertzender on May 24, 2015. This will be programme number 266!
The music in the programme ranges from dark danceable uptempo techno and breakbeats to IDM and quiet melancholic ambient. Space Exposure immerses the listener every two weeks in a warm bath full of new releases with here and there a nod to the past. The programme also pays a lot of attention to music from the Netherlands. Roel can do this thanks to his background and knowledge as a music journalist, extensive CD collection and connections with record labels, distributors and artists.
The music in Space Exposure is rarely played on the radio. As a result, the programme attracts a small select audience, with a group of hardcore listeners who are quite dedicated.
In addition to his own radio programme, Roel has been releasing music under the artist name Space Exposure since 2018 via his own label Lynx Produktionz.
Space Exposure is broadcast every two weeks between 20;00 and 21:00 CET. Every 1st Sunday of the month live, and every 3rd and possibly 5th Sunday of the month there is a Space Exposure ‘In The Mix’.
