
Registration for The Records 2026, a project of the Keep an Eye Foundation, is open today, September 1st. Graduating jazz students and alumni can apply between September 1st and November 1st.
Seven finalists will be selected (blindly) from all applications by a professional jury. They will perform live for a new independent jury on January 22nd. The three winners of The Records will each win a complete album production worth €10,000. They will also be offered a tour of prestigious venues and festivals, in collaboration with the Association of Dutch Jazz Venues and Jazz Festivals.
Previous winners include: Flatland Prayer, NOHMI, Ludvig Søndergaard Sekstet, Anaphora Trio, Micheal Murray’s Colourfield, NAUSYQA, Dutch Mountain Tribe, Ronny deCarlo, Federico Calcagno Octet, Ambergris, Nefertiti, Önder, Mo van der Does Motet, Marta Arpini, Lucas Santana 5tet, Guy Salamon Group, SMANDEM, Idema/Serierse Quartet and the Tijs Klaassen Quartet.
