A voyage of discovery for the curious music lover.
On Wednesday 24th November from 20:00 to 23:00 there’s an extra long broadcast of Terra Incognita; the listening place on the Concertzender which covers music from the small independent studios across the globe.
Terra Incognita started in February 2017. Since then there have been 112 broadcasts, so high time for an anniversary edition.
For this two hour long live broadcast from the studio in Utrecht programme maker Fred Wittenberg has made a selection from the many artists and genres which were covered in this period. The music will be interspersed with interviews with five Concertzender colleagues, who will answer the question: What does music mean for you?
In the 113de edition of Terra Incognita you will hear among others music by Eefje de Visser, Emily Portman, Cosmo Sheldrake, Junip, Jütz, Otis Taylor and Ken Nordine.
