This week we were saddened by the news of the death of our programme maker Jan Kruit. There are few listeners to the Concertzender who have not listened to programmes that were made by Jan. His musical interests were wide-ranging: Orient Express, The Wandering Microphone, Harmonius, Missa etc. were just some of his programmes. Programmes that displayed his knowledge and mastery of many different musical genres. We will miss Jan.
