From 1700 to 1800 on Friday 28th November we'll be broadcasting a concert given by the Cape Verdian singer Nancy Vieira during the Afrikafestival Hertme 2014.
Nancy Vieira's cool clear timbre adds a refreshing sound to the classic morna style of Cape Verdian song.
She's accompanied by an outstanding group of muscians who also act as background singers. The group consists of Vaiss Das, guitar, Zé Antonio, cavaquinho, Rolando Semedo, guitar, and Miroca Paris, bass guitar and percussion.
