Programme maker and presenter Roel Janssen visited the head office in Londen of the innovative British independent label. He interviewed label manager Peter Quicke, who’s been the boss for 24 years. Ninja Tune was founded in 1990 by Matt Black and Jonathan More of Coldcut.
With Peter we talk about among other things the highlights, sublabels, the best selling albums, future goals and the Dutch releases Martyn and Jameszoo.
In between Ninja Tune-music from now and the past. Including artists from the sublabels and acts who in the past produced music on the label but are now elsewhere.
