Radio aroung the Globe on Thursday 6 August at 18.00 uur features the book The Vegetarian by the Korean writer Han Kang. The book tells the story of a young woman who decides to stop eating meat.
The story is told in 3 parts. Part 1 is from the point of view of her husband, the second part from the point of view of her brother in law, who is also secretly in love with her and the final part from the point of view of her sister. So you do not read the story from the point of view of the woman herself.
