The first edition of the Transition festival takes place on Saturday 26 March. Transition is a new jazz & beyond festival that is being organised together with North Sea Jazz. The Concertzender is making recordings and will broadcast the first of these later on the same day.
The Concertzender is recording all the concerts in Cloud Nine, one of the concert halls in TivoliVredenburg where the festival is being held. The first broadcast is at 20:00 CET on the same day, Saturday 26 March, and features the concerts by the Teus Nobel Quintet and Temko. The other concerts will be broadcast at a later date.
