Two recordings from 2016 of Early Music concerts:
A) Ensemble Gilles Binchois – Gregorian from the San Marco
Ensemble Gilles Binchois conducted by Dominique Vellard sing from a manuscript with Gregorian chants which it was discovered 25 years ago belonged to the San Marco in Venice. The manuscript contains not only the usual chants but also a number of unique variations, relating to religious celebrations in the basilica.

B) Music of Thrones – Les Esprits Animaux
This concert shows once again the power music had on Royalty and nobles in the Baroque period; music written by kings, performed by kings and music which formed a part of their daily life.
Music is by Schmelzer, Lully, Couperin, JS Bach, Boccherini, Dussek, Grétry and Frederic the Great.
